Réal Bergevin
General Manager
Réal is, in large part, responsible for the notable success and fast-growth of NuComm International. Working closely with operations, business development, finance and human resources team members, Réal directs NuComm's long-term strategy and vision, and is deeply involved in helping build NuComm's culture of high achievers.
Réal co-founded NuComm with his wife, Anne, in 1996. Every aspect of NuComm's operations is a reflection of Réal's exacting standards and professionalism. To this day, he is actively involved in all of NuComm's day-to-day activities.
Réal's vision and dedication to his company, employees and clients contributed to his being honored in 2002 as one of Canada's "Top 40 Under 40" corporate decision-makers and he is listed in National Register's Who's Who of Executives and Professionals. As a couple, the Bergevins were honored in 2002 at the Niagara Entrepreneur of the Year ceremony with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce Established Enterprise Award.
Before co-founding NuComm, Réal graduated with a business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. He began his career in contact center management working for some of Canada's largest call center operations, including General Motors, Wardair Airlines and Rogers Cablesystems.
He later became a principal of John Moss Associates, a consulting and training company specializing in contact center management. As an innovative thinker, Réal has helped over 60 companies improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their call center operations. He successfully steered consulting projects involving strategic planning, staff management, quality management, customer service, technology applications and performance management.

Duncan Cowie,
Executive Vice President, North America and Asia
Duncan joined the NuComm Executive team in 2007 and was instrumental in leading company through the discovery process, negotiations, and ultimate merger with Transcom WorldWide.
As a Senior Executive with more than 20 years of experience, Duncan brings a wealth of Finance and International Business Development expertise to the company, having worked with major entities in the Contact and Credit Management, Product Evaluation, Health Care, and Consumer Packaged Goods industries. Over the past 3 years he has successfully structured and run international businesses from Asia, servicing North American clients.
Duncan’s education includes an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (HBCom) from Queen’s University, as well as Chartered Accountant (CA) and Tax Specialist designations. To Top
Lance Patten,
President, NuComm Credit Services
Lance provides the strategic direction and overall management of NuComm Credit Services. Responsible for leading NuComm’s Credit and Accounts receivables industry activities, Lance’s department enables NuComm to support clients across the entire customer revenue cycle. 
Prior to NuComm, Lance was President of Credipath Financial Group, Inc. where he served a customer base that included the Bank ofCanada, federal government departments, major credit grantors, collection agencies and collection software suppliers. While there, Lancewas also a partner in Score Statistical Consulting, Canada’s first firm to specialize in credit bureau based collection recovery predictive modeling. He also served as the interim CEO for Nordon Collection Network.
An active and respected member of Canada’s credit services and collections community, Lance has held a variety of senior positions during his career including Senior Vice-President and General Manager or TCH International, Inc., Regional Vice-President(Western Canada) for Equifax Accounts Receivable Services, Inc., and Vice-President, North American Operations, for Scandinavian Profiling Systems, Inc.
Currently, he is also President of the Credit Grantors Association of Greater Toronto and is a past director of the Credit Scoring Risk Strategy Association.
Lance holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation, a Credit Specialist designation from the Credit Institute of Canada, an undergraduate Finance Degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Queen’s School of Business.
Clive Woodrow
Vice President, Client Solutions
As Vice President of Client Solutions, Clive Woodrow oversees sales, marketing and business affairs for of all of NuComm's divisions, as well as day-to-day management of key client relationships and media relations. In this capacity, Clive also plays a critical role in cultivating new business ventures, alliance partnerships, and working with established clients on new market strategies and offerings.
Clive comes to NuComm with extensive call center and consulting experience. Before joining NuComm in 2001, Clive was a member of the leadership team of Accenture's Canadian Business Launch Center. There, he was responsible for business development, strategic analysis and ensuring overall delivery capability to the center's clients.
He also worked for almost three years in Accenture's Service Operations, where he acted as Executive Director for Ford Motor Company's North American Customer Assistance Center in Toronto - a 400-person customer relationship management operation.
In his years at Accenture, he grew a world-class customer service organization that serviced over 2.5 million customers a year in the U.S. and Canada. Clive was also instrumental in developing and cultivating client and vendor relationships that produced 200% annual growth. As a result, he was awarded the highest rating for leadership abilities.
Before joining Accenture, Clive spent eight years with Canada's largest wireless company, where he held several director positions in Customer Care, Telecommunication Services and Technology Services divisions. Clive received his telecommunications management diploma from Humber College in Toronto. To Top
Luci Cudmore,
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Luci joined the NuComm team in 2007 as our Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In this role she is accountable for overseeing sales and marketing efforts for the North America and Asia division, and works closely with the Global Head of Sales and Marketing in Barcelona on global account initiatives. Key in this role is the understanding of current and future key market trends and client requirements to ensure that our solutions and market offerings stay best in class. Our clients therefore can be assured that when partnering with NuComm, they have access to the latest and best offerings available in the contact center industry.
Luci brings with her over 10 years experience in the outsourcing industry. She most recently held a senior sales and marketing role with a North American BPO organization specializing in contact center, back office, and distribution outsourcing to major Fortune 500 companies across the US and Canada.
