The white papers on this page are provided by NuComm International. The original intent of the book “23 Steps to an Effective Call center” was to provide a sort of “how-to” guide to call centers operations for our staff, managers and consultants. The contents contain the general philosophy and methodologies that are applied in running our own call center and when working with our consulting clients.
