How SickLine works

It’s easy. Any time of the day or night—as soon as they know about an absence—an employee simply calls the toll-free number provided. After password protected sign-in, an automated voice response system prompts them to select a reason for missing work (late, sick, etc.) and the duration (half-day, full-day, leaving early, etc.).

Our online reporting engine captures their call and appropriate managers are immediately alerted via any one of the following options, the web, email or telephone.

It’s so convenient. In fact, managers and supervisors can log into the reporting site, from any location with access to the Internet to determine who has called in sick and who will be late, so they can quickly reschedule or reallocate available resources.
