NuComm's NuStar tool is an integrated process that handles campaign launches, specification tracking, changes and closes. It contains the following:
- A design process for creating new campaigns interactively
- A feasibility process for ensuring buy-in from all business areas,
- An approval process for getting final approval from the required parties
- A release process for tracking the completion of each step required for launch
- A tracking process for monitoring the ongoing progress of a campaign
- A modification process for requesting and implementing a change to the campaign
- A completion process to ensure all the required steps are completed to close a campaign properly.
The application design is based on Web-enabled e-mail, which enables widespread availability, the ability to track the progress of the campaign and its status, and the ability for participants to communicate through the application. The Client Account Manager has access to a wide variety of reports that include daily and historical specification data to ensure a campaign is meeting its objectives.
